Hmong Cultural Program is a diverse set of courses that explore various aspects of the Hmong culture. It may include topics such as Hmong kinship, religion (animism), shamanism, wedding procedures, and funeral procedures. These courses are offered free to the community for anyone interested in learning about the Hmong culture.
Currently, WHA is teaching a “Mej Koob” course. The course explores the process of negotiating the terms of marriage and understanding the history between the families of the bride and groom. At the moment, enrollment is closed.
